Privacy Notice

What Bearing Technology collects through this website, why, and how long it is kept. Written plainly rather than as boilerplate.

Who we are

Bearing Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("BTPL"), Flat No-04, Upper Ground Floor, Satya Apartment, Mundka, Delhi – 110041 (Near Satguru Apartment). For any question about this notice, email info@bearingtechnology.biz or call +91 991 115 5007.

What this website collects

The website has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. Two features collect anything at all:

1. The project enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry we receive the details you type — your name, company, mobile number, email address, the project location and description, the deliverables you need, and any files you attach. We also record the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use only to stop automated abuse of the form.

We use these details for one purpose: to understand and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

2. The free Coordinate Converter

The converter runs entirely inside your browser. Coordinates and any CSV or Excel file you load are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us. Your language preference is stored in your browser only.

How long we keep enquiry data

Enquiry emails are retained in our business mailbox as ordinary commercial correspondence. The website's own copy — the record it writes before sending the email — is deleted automatically after 30 days. Files you attach are removed from the website server as soon as the enquiry email has been delivered.

Who else can see it

Your enquiry is delivered to BTPL's own mailbox on our hosting provider's servers. We do not pass enquiry data to any third-party marketing or CRM service.

Two features on this site contact third parties:

  • The office map on the Contact page is a Google Maps embed. It is not loaded when the page opens. The map is fetched from Google only once you scroll far enough down the Contact page to be approaching it, so if you never scroll that far, nothing is requested from Google and Google is not told you were here. When it does load, Google receives your IP address and the standard details any web request carries, and may set its own cookies — that is how an interactive map you can zoom and pan has to work. If you would rather not load it at all, the address and a plain directions link appear in the footer of every page, and you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email without opening the Contact page.
  • The converter's map preview loads OpenStreetMap tiles, and only when you open it.

Your rights

You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bearingtechnology.biz and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we are actively quoting, we will tell you what we need to keep in order to complete that work.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records and attachments are stored outside the public web directory and are not reachable from the internet.

Changes

This notice was last updated on 18 August 2026 (the office map is now fetched only when you scroll near it, rather than when the page opens). If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page.
